Grove Street Games has revealed the online action title BeastLink for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. They say there will be no delay: a closed beta on Steam opens May 8, with early access planned for summer 2026.
The apocalypse didn't stop; it rearranged itself. Survivors cluster inside ruined fortresses while gigantic creatures patrol the wreckage. Ironically, the same tech that helped finish the old world is now the thin line between breathing and not. Expect cities that fall apart around you — literally — and a feel that can switch from claustrophobic to chaotic in a heartbeat.
Combat mixes people and heavy hardware: infantry, vehicles (cars, helis, tanks, planes), and titanic beasts whose movesets differ widely — some brute-force, some oddly clever. Play solo or join others — matches support up to 32 players. The studio touts a patented "Super Destruction" system: fully networked, physics-driven demolition that can grind skyscrapers and blocks into dust. Maps reportedly contain hundreds of thousands of destructible objects, e.g., facades, street furniture, structural beams — a lot of debris to deal with, esp. when the fight gets messy.
