There’s also a Life Crystal — a decorative, heart-shaped piece that nods to the familiar in-game health upgrade (i.e., the one players always remember). A set of cards with pixel animation appears alongside a stylized replica of the game cartridge that carries an engraved Steam key, plus a letter from the game’s creator.
Dropped on the anniversary, the release leans on throwback touches (e.g., retro art and references) while packaging them in a contemporary collector format — some will find it charming, others might see it as just another commemorative box.
