The creators of Have a Nice Death from Magic Design Studios have announced NAUTUS, an underwater adventure game.

Magic Design Studios, an independent team, has revealed its next title: the underwater adventure NAUTUS. Arc Games will publish it, and the launch is slated for PCs.

Surface life and deep-sea expeditions sit side-by-side here. On the island you can erect an outpost, craft gear, and meet eccentric NPCs who’ve lost their memories; below the waves you’ll thread coral mazes, face mutated foes, and tinker with your sub to survive longer dives.

The story revolves around the disappearance of the protagonist’s uncle, Bernard Torpedo, and the vanished research group N.A.U.T.U.S. Play alone or hop into coop (up to 4 players) to probe the abyss and piece the mystery together.
